Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy aligned with business goals. o Lead and manage a large team of security o icers across multiple project sites.
Operational Oversight:
o Monitor and assess security operations at all locations.
o Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
o Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
Personnel Management: o Recruit, train, and supervise security sta .
o Establish performance standards and conduct evaluations.
o Foster discipline, integrity, and professionalism within the team.
Incident Management: o Lead investigations into security breaches, thefts, or other incidents.
o Prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
Technology & Systems: o Implement and manage surveillance systems, access control, and other security technologies. o Ensure proper maintenance and upgrades of security infrastructure.
