#Key_Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information. • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and promptness. • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience. • Track and follow up on leads, bookings, payments, and documentation. • Generate and analyze CRM reports to support decision-making and improve customer engagement. • Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through the post-sales process. • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding project updates, milestones, and handovers. • Support marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives using CRM tools. • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer data.
