IT Technician Job responsibilities:
1. Primary IT Support: Act as the first point of contact for IT issues.
2. Software & Hardware: Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Revit, and BIM tools.
3. Network Management: Optimize network configurations for large file transfers and access to shared files and cloud services.
4. Data Backup: Oversee backup and storage solutions for design files and project data.
5. Documentation: Maintain documentation for software licenses, hardware inventories, and procedures.
6. User Assistance: Support staff with computer and network device issues.
7. Technical Updates: Regularly update technical documentation and system configurations.
8. Testing: Test new hardware and software before full-scale deployment.
9. Advanced Skills: Utilize advanced skills in architectural software and IT tools.
10. Should be able to repair Printers & plotters
